Cancellation Policy

$100 cancellation fee for color appointments/$50 for haircut only appointments canceled with less than 48 hour notice in order to book a future appointment. Fee goes towards missed appointment only. 50% of the missed service total cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice in order to book a future appointment. Few goes towards missed appointment only. Same day/no call no/show cancellations: Required to pay 100% of the missed appointment in order to book a future appointment. Fee goes towards missed appointment only.
